Good morning, this is your Tesla Daily Update for Friday, October second, twenty twenty-six.

The main story is the countdown to Tesla's third-quarter delivery report. Tesla's own company-compiled consensus, published this week, points to about four hundred sixty-one thousand nine hundred seventy-four vehicle deliveries. The median estimate is slightly higher, at roughly four hundred sixty-three thousand four hundred six. Analysts remain unusually divided, so the official report could create a sharp market reaction. The bigger question is not only whether Tesla beats the headline estimate, but also what the mix suggests about demand, pricing, and factory utilization.

The second development is a stronger September registration picture in several European markets. New Tesla registrations reportedly rose about sixty-two percent from a year earlier in France, thirty-eight percent in Sweden, and two percent in Norway. These early national figures are encouraging, but they do not yet provide a complete European total. Results from major markets including Germany and the United Kingdom will be important before drawing a broader conclusion about the regional recovery.

Third, Tesla has moved its next-generation Roadster demonstration from October first to October fifteenth. The company cited severe weather expected in central Texas and said the outdoor event needed to be rescheduled. The delay does not reveal anything new about production readiness, but it extends the wait for a program first introduced years ago. Investors will be watching for concrete specifications, a credible manufacturing timeline, and evidence that the demonstration represents more than another concept showcase.

Looking at the market, Tesla shares closed at three hundred fifty-four dollars and eight cents on Thursday, October first. That was down twenty-two dollars and twenty-nine cents, or about five point nine-two percent, from Wednesday's close. The magnitude of the drop shows how sensitive the stock remains ahead of the delivery release. A surprise in either direction could matter, but longer-term attention will quickly return to margins, energy storage growth, autonomy spending, and the cost of Tesla's expanding artificial intelligence ambitions.

That is all for today's Tesla update. Stay tuned for the official delivery numbers and the next verified developments.
