Good morning, this is your Tesla Daily Update for Sunday, September thirteenth, twenty twenty-six.

Because markets are closed for the weekend, today's edition focuses on the latest verified developments from Friday and Saturday, rather than suggesting that older stories happened today.

First, Tesla has teased a new Roadster presentation for October first with the phrase, "Go for launch." The company placed a countdown on its Roadster page, but it has not yet confirmed the venue or whether the event will be streamed. The next-generation Roadster was first shown in twenty seventeen and was originally promised for production in twenty twenty. That long delay means the October event may generate excitement, but investors should separate a product demonstration from a confirmed manufacturing schedule, price, and customer delivery date.

Second, Tesla has published European specifications for the Semi ahead of the IAA Transportation show in Hannover. The company says the truck can travel up to five hundred fifty kilometers while operating at a forty-tonne gross combination weight. It also lists energy consumption of about one kilowatt-hour per kilometer and charging power of up to eight hundred kilowatts, recovering roughly sixty percent of range in thirty minutes. Those figures look competitive on paper, although European fleet operators will still need evidence on payload, charging availability, reliability, and total operating cost.

Third, driver supervision remains under scrutiny. A United States congressman asked the Department of Transportation for details about Tesla driver-monitoring safeguards after an investigation identified dozens of online videos showing drivers who appeared to be asleep. Tesla describes Full Self-Driving as a supervised system that requires an attentive driver. The policy question is therefore not only what the software can do, but whether monitoring and enforcement reliably prevent misuse.

Turning to the market, Tesla shares edged slightly higher in the most recent trading session. The stock closed on Friday, September eleventh, at three hundred sixty-five dollars and forty-four cents, up one dollar and eighty-eight cents, or about zero point five two percent, from Thursday's close.

The larger theme is execution. Tesla is asking customers and investors to evaluate ambitious products across sports cars, heavy trucks, and automated driving. In each case, the most useful milestones will be verified production, regulatory acceptance, safe real-world performance, and repeatable economics.

That's all for today's Tesla update. Stay informed, drive safely, and join us again for the next edition.
